Look at this classic goal from the 2011 Champions Trophy.  Spain, back then one of the most important teams in the world, defeated England by 8-1 and this goal, was scored showing a perfect and sneaky deflection. The ball was not sent to the front of the run of the Spanish attacker so he decided to use a one hand deflection from behind his back. The result was a perfect goal!
