What does Anna Flanagan eat to stay strong and healthy?

The site Popsugar.com.au recently published an article where Hockeyroo star Anna Flanagan, talks about her nutrition and her eating routines. Taking care of your body must include a proper nutritional plan and this is what Flanagan does.

For breakfast she said that she loves to start the day with scrambled eggs with a dash of cream and sautéed mushrooms. However if she has an early training session she’ll have Greek yoghurt with natural muesli and some honey around 6:30 a.m.

For lunch, her favourite is Vietnamese beef salad, which she eats around 12.30 pm. She says that sometimes she’ll put the beef into a wrap or have it as is. “It is so easy to prepare and a really rich source of iron, which gives me the energy I need on and off the field.”

She finally has dinner around 7 p.m. and her go-to meal is a beef stir-fry with plenty of vegetables, brown rice or quinoa which covers all the food groups and gives her enough energy for the next day.
