They took out the goalie and received a penalty corner against, watch what they did to save the goal…
(Source: Coaching Hockey). One of the worst things that can happen to a team that takes out the goalkeeper in the final moments, is to receive a penalty corner against because of the high changes of receiving a goal.
This is exactly what happened in this video, but what didn’t happen is the goal! The attacking team failed to insert the ball correctly, which allowed the “field goalkeeper” to make his move towards the shooter and set his body in front of the ball…
