Temple Field Hockey: listening to the coach’s training session!
Temple Field Hockey is one of the most important athletic programs in the Division I of USA college Hockey.
In this case, we can watch and hear the coach of the Temple Field Hockey team, Marybeth Freeman, giving the different instructions to her players during a training session while she is wearing a microphone.
Marybeth Freeman, current Temple Field Hockey team coach is a five-time Division I champion while playing for Old Dominion. As a coach she was part of the successful program that lead the team of Maryland to 3 national championships.
Recently, and most precisely, before becoming the head coach for the Temple Field Hockey Team, she coached at the Columbia university for 5 seasons.
During these 5 seasons at the Columbia University, Freeman was named the Ivy League Coach of the Year during the year 2014 where her team, finished with 12 victories and 5 defeats.
As part of the Maryland Terps’ coaching staff, she was able to capture the 2005, 2006 and 2008 trophies where she was mainly focused in improving the defensive and goalkeeping aspects of the team.
At international coaching level, the Temple Field Hockey team coach, served as a goalkeeping and defensive coach for the United States High Performance Mid-Atlantic Region.
Currently, the Temple Field Hockey team is having a difficult season but, it has the potential of becoming a solid and strong program in the long run! Take a look at this video where you can watch and listen how a training session, is conducted at the Temple Field Hockey team!
