Recovering your hamstrings, do you know how to do it?

Having a hamstrings sore or feeling a pull in that muscle is something common in hockey players. Do you know how to properly apply tape to tape to protect your muscles? Using KT Tape to relax the injured muscles and increase circulation to the area, as well as provide significant pain relief. Combine KT Tape with light progressive stretching, icing after activity, and appropriate rest in order to speed healing.
