Dhanraj Pillay, speed, agility, simplicity and efficiency!

Dhanraj Pillay was a player that would attack no matter what. The Indian #10 player would break opponent’s lines with his amazing speed, dribbling skills and physical condition. These are features that many legendary Indian players have in common therefore, Dhanraj Pillay, is an Indian hockey legend.

In this video we can see how he dribbling the ball down the field, changes direction without losing speed, and opens the Dutch defence with a simple but efficient pass that allowed his teammate to score.

This game dates back to 2003 and although the Indian team was winning, the Dutch team was able to set the final score 4-3 to them.
