Legwork and shooting: a very useful fitness + scoring drill
This is a very good combination between legwork, fitness, skills and scoring drill. In this drill, the player must go through a line of cones, or even a ladder, where she must focus on how she will coordinate her feet around them.
Once the cones are finished, she must focus on a shot at goal. In this drill there is no goalie but it will be more challenging and fun if do it against one.
