Indoor hockey coaching: A warm-up drill for adults or a technical drill for youngsters
This is an interesting drill to help either to get warm-up if you have an adult team, or to coach younger players on how to put pressure on the opponent. The drill consists in one player holding the ball as long as possible inside a 5×5 meters square (aprox.) and two opponents coming towards him trying to take away the space. Source: Marc Routs.
