A shout to fellow umpires, what happened in this U.S. high school shootout?

We don´t have a lot of information on what are the names of the teams but we can assume that is a playoff or final game. The clip shows a shootout where both attacker and goalie collision sending the ball away from the goal. The coach complains about it, the umpires seem to keep the shootout as a no-goal… What do you think it happened? Source: DJART.
