Foul or no foul? Taking down an opponent with a sliding deflection

This was the last play of the game between Athletic Terrassa and KHC Dragons for the EHL 2017, where the Spanish team scored at the last moment (with this penalty corner after referral), and ended up defeating the Belgian team on shootouts.

Besides having to review if the ball crossed the goal line, there was also this weird situation during the play where one attacker took down a defender while trying to deflect the ball. What do you think?
