Favourite Hockey Players: Robert van der Horst (NED)

Robert van der Horst is a Dutch hockey player and one of the best in the world. He was born in 1984 in Eindhoven and has been part of The Netherlands National Team since 2004. He has achieved a silver medal in the 2012 Olympic Games in London and a 2nd place in the 2014 Hockey World Cup. In 2006 & 2007 he was able to win the Champions Trophy and the European Championship respectively.

In 2005 he was distinguished with the World Hockey Young Player of the Year award.
