Dynamic hip warm up for Field Hockey
This routine is designed to open out the hips in a dynamic warm up and to dynamically mobilise the muscles pre training. The looser the hips the more that you will lunge from your legs and not overuse your back. Warm ups are a great way to help the muscles warm up before training and a match.
