RIO 2016: Circle penetration – Ball rotation from the top right to the top left of the field
One of the best and most impressive things that the Olympic teams are doing is the shift of weight in the attack. Next time you watch a game, take a look at how teams move the ball from the top right to the top left of the field and vice versa. Pulling the ball back and switching sides of the attack makes the opponent’s defence leave gaps that allows the circle penetration in a stronger way.
